When you register and use Resumate Studio, we collect personal information required to provide our resume building and AI tailoring services:

• Account Credentials: Your full name, email address, and securely hashed passwords (using bcrypt encryption).
• Resume Data: Contact details, employment history, education, skill matrices, projects, and achievements entered into the editor.
• Payment Records: Payment processing is managed securely via Razorpay. We do not store credit card or banking details directly on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is utilized solely for providing, maintaining, and improving your resume workspace:

• To persist your resume builds across sessions in our PostgreSQL infrastructure.
• To process automated AI resume optimization requests via Resumate Copilot.
• To issue subscription invoices and verify paid plan entitlements (Pro and Ultra tiers).

3. AI Data Processing

Resumate AI Copilot processes user inputs to generate bullet points and tailored executive summaries. We do not sell your personal resume contents to third-party data brokers or advertisement networks.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement enterprise-grade SSL/TLS encryption in transit and secure database storage. You retain full ownership of your data and may request account or resume deletion at any time.
