1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Resumate Studio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the application.

2. User Subscriptions & Payments

Resumate Studio offers free and paid subscription plans (Pro ₹299/month and Ultra ₹599/month). All payments are processed through Razorpay.

• Free Plan: Includes 100% free access to Template 1 and core editor tools.
• Pro Plan (₹299/month): Grants access to all premium templates and up to 30 AI Copilot calls daily.
• Ultra Plan (₹599/month): Grants access to all premium templates and up to 70 AI Copilot calls daily.
• Daily Usage Reset: Daily AI usage quotas reset at midnight local time. Unused daily calls do not roll over to subsequent days.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else in doing so. You must not generate misleading identity documents, bypass rate limits, or perform automated extraction scraping.

4. Termination & Refunds

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial purchase by contacting support.
